Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Premium and Pro are month-to-month. Cancel from your account page or the link in any email footer.

What's the difference between Premium and Pro?

Premium gets you the dashboard plus twice-weekly briefs with full contractor details. Pro adds real-time email alerts the minute a high-value job matches your trade and counties. If you want to be the first to know, you want Pro.

How do the Pro alerts work?

Every night we score all new permits and bids 0–100 for relevance to you. When something scores 80+ and matches your trade and counties, you get an email within an hour. Each alert is one-shot — no double notifications on the same job.

How do I pick my trade and counties?

After you subscribe, you'll set them up in the onboarding wizard. The dashboard and alerts filter to those. You can change them anytime in Settings.

Where does the data come from?

Commercial permits come from county permit offices via Shovels.ai. Public-sector bid opportunities come from the Georgia Procurement Registry — state agencies, school boards, counties, authorities. For GDOT-specific lettings you'll want BidX; we don't try to duplicate that.

What counties do you cover?

Six Georgia metro regions — Metro Atlanta, Metro Macon, Metro Columbus, CSRA/Augusta, Savannah/Coastal, and Albany/Southwest — covering 80+ counties total. Don't see yours? Request it during sign-up or email news@groundbreak.work; we add new counties within a week.

Is there a team plan?
