Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Premium is month-to-month. Cancel from your account page or the link in any email footer.

How is Premium personalized?

We check for new county permit data every few hours and pull new bids every morning, then score each one 0–100 against your trades, regions, and company size. Your Tuesday brief and your dashboard rank everything by that score, so the jobs most worth your time are at the top — with contractor names and contacts attached.

What's in the free brief?

The top new commercial permits and open bids by region, every Tuesday. Free readers don't get contractor details or personal ranking — that's what Premium adds.

How do I pick my trades and regions?

After you subscribe, you'll set them up in the onboarding wizard. Your brief and dashboard are ranked against those. You can change them anytime in Settings.

Where does the data come from?

Commercial permits come from county permit offices via Shovels.ai. Public-sector bid opportunities come from the Georgia Procurement Registry — state agencies, school boards, counties, authorities. For GDOT-specific lettings you'll want BidX; we don't try to duplicate that.

What counties do you cover?

Six Georgia metro regions — Metro Atlanta, Metro Macon, Metro Columbus, CSRA/Augusta, Savannah/Coastal, and Albany/Southwest — covering 80+ counties total. Don't see yours? Request it during sign-up or email news@groundbreak.work; we add new counties within a week.

Do you have a referral program?

Yes — any subscriber, free or Premium, can refer. Share your link from the Refer & earn page and you get 25% of the first Premium payment from anyone who signs up through it. Stripe sends it straight to your bank 30 days later (once the refund window passes). No invoices, no follow-up needed.

Is there a team plan?

Not yet. Email contact@groundbreak.work if you want multiple seats at one company and we'll figure it out.
